Nasal Suspension with Mixing Medication Nasal suspension Directions for mixing prior to use Gather empty spray bottle, spray nozzle, one capsule, and one bottle of sterile water for irrigation. Take lid off of spray bottle and discard. This will not be needed after mixing. Open bottle of irrigation water and pour into empty bottle up to shoulder before getting to the threads.
