The National University of Natural Medicine along with the Food as Medicine Institute have invited Lisa Everett Andersen to speak at their 2027 Food as Medicine Symposium, “Seed to Supper: Filling the Gaps of Nutritional Deficiencies in the Modern Food System,” taking place May 1st and 2nd in Portland, OR. Lisa will present “Using Biochemistry to Dispel Dietary Myths and Fads.” This symposium is open to healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, farmers, ranchers, food advocates, and community members.
