Use
Common uses include erectile dysfunction.
Side Effects
It may cause headache, bruising at injection site, upset stomach, drowsiness, flushing, light head, or prolonged/painful erection called priapism.
Precautions
Contact prescriber if redness, swelling, lumps, curving or priapism occurs. Seek medical attention if erection is painful or lasts longer than four hours. Do not use if solution is cloudy or has particles.
Directions
Swab vial and skin with sterile alcohol before use. Use as directed by prescriber and do not exceed dose. Consult prescriber before using more than 3 times/week.
Storage
Store in freezer until beyond use date indicated on the label. Warm to room temperature before filling syringe or injecting.
Do not dispose of in waterways. Do not flush unused medications or pour down a sink or drain. You have the right to know about the proper use of your medication and its effects.
