Dr. Reddy toured O’Brien Pharmacy, learning about why and how we compound the life-saving and life-expanding medications we make, as well as our other roles in helping patients and practitioners fulfill their health goals.
Upon finding out that her husband’s friend and fellow Air Force Reservist Lt. Col. Prasanth Reddy, M.D., is currently running for the Kansas 3rd District Congress seat, Lisa Everett Andersen, owner of O’Brien Pharmacy in Mission, Kansas jumped at the opportunity to involve him in our pledge to health freedom. As a long-time advocate, Lisa encourages all pharmacies to take advantage of introducing new politicians to our world of compounding. Dr. Reddy toured O’Brien Pharmacy on July 27th, learning about why and how we compound the life-saving and life-expanding medications we make, as well as our other roles in helping patients and practitioners fulfill their health goals. Lisa also invited Dr. Reddy and his staff to Compounders on Capitol Hill this September, as they are scheduled to be in that area during that time. Being triple board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology, and having been in private practice and now in research, we are excited Dr. Reddy will be an advocate for compounded medications as he works his way to Washington, D.C.
